Hello and Happy 4th from Montana
 

Hi, I am Mike from Montana, I am now a member. I got my brand new SS Vbob on 06/30/12. I took it to the range on Monday 07/02/12 and put 300 rounds thru it. It ran without a hitch. What a nice gun. I have had several Nighthawks and Wilsons, an Ed Brown, and currently have two Les Baers, and I have to say the Vbob is right up their with all of them. I wish I would have looked into Dan Wesson 1911s years ago, would have saved me a ton of money.

Welcome from N.E. Oklahoma. Nice pistol. Sounds like an enviable collection.

Dont have the Nighthawks, Wilsons or the Ed Brown anymore. For 1911's I've got the Vbob, LB Stinger, LB Ultimate Recon, Colt SS Goldcup, Colt Commander, and Colt New Agent. I like them all but the Vbob is now my favorite. The Stinger is giving me fits, but it is getting better. Here are a couple pics, just realized I don't have a pic of the Commander.
