What Is By Your Bed!!!

OK, I have seen this on the 1911 forum but not here, at least I think not here but let's try it anyway!!!

What handgun or long gun do you keep by your bed!!:)

Here is just one that I will post a picture of.

It is my RIA Mid Size TCM 22 custom built for me by Arnel the Master Gunsmith at Armscor.

I know............a light on a firearm is a dead giveaway to your position in the dark. I had to put it on as my nephew bought it for me!!:)

Do you sleep out in the barn?:p

Caleb 07-10-2014 07:40 AM

.38 snubby on her side, STI Guardian .45acp on mine. Secret stashes throughout the house.

AdamG247 (Navy-Ret) 07-10-2014 07:51 AM

M-14 (Carbine) with Bayonet. Trip wires on the perimeter and layered claymores. Shotgun Autoloader for the Wifey. She hates to have to rack the shell, can damage her finger nails. Entry way motion lights and razor wire cannons.

We are deep sleepers. What can I say?

Hodawg 07-10-2014 06:20 PM

G19 and a Moss 500.

zukinut 07-10-2014 07:15 PM

G19 in a nightstand safe with light and a spare mag. Wife's side is a XD9SC with spare mag in her own nightstand safe.

I will not go into what's in the dressers by the bed funny

bigapl 07-31-2014 07:25 PM

Sig 250 in 45

milkmanjoe 07-31-2014 07:36 PM

A gun. A gun here, a gun there, a gun everywhere. Don't have a nightstand, the house is armed.

DaFadda 07-31-2014 09:45 PM

Hmmm.... lets just say I wouldn't suggest finding out at 3 AM..... It's better to call first than just "stopping by.".....
Just sayin'......

LOL!

Usually my Mossberg Cruiser 12g, but I'm recovering still from back surgery, so I keep the VBob close to me. used to be the M&P 40c but that stays in the car safe or the main safe now.

Carl in GA 08-01-2014 05:03 PM

At bedtime my Valor goes out of my holster and on to the nightstand. It's back in the holster the next morning.

brownie 08-01-2014 08:14 PM

A bureau, dresser, night stand, two long knives.

Oh wait, were you asking about firearms by the bed? :D

Grizzman 08-02-2014 01:38 AM

A Glock 23, with 13 round G22 mag (with attached grip extension) and Elzetta Bravo with AVS head (with flood optic) live on the nightstand.

A Benelli M4 lives in the corner about 5 feet from the bed.

First thing I thought of with you and this thread was your blow up girlfriend. Lol

Grizzman 08-02-2014 03:14 AM

I'm not sure how effective a love doll would be as a weapon, but the intruder sure wouldn't expect it.

gaguideman 08-07-2014 10:01 PM

A Barrett .50! ...........Just kidding.
