Nice scatter gun. How much does Big Poppa weigh with all the shells in the magazine, side saddle and butt stock?

7 + 1 in the tube/chamber, 7 on the receiver, and 7 on the stock. Big Poppa is a heavyweight. Did not put it on a scale but, it feels like at least 10lbs. I'm giving the Velcro caddies a try to see if they will hold up under recoil. But, if I decide to use it for home defense, I will only run with the tube full and the chamber ready to create havoc. I'm not liking the sling setup so far but, I will wait till I put some rounds down range to see if it stays or I change it to single point.

I have a similar setup, without the extra she'll holders.

Cool beans!!!

Oh ya. Home defense #1 choice. What loads will you use?

Non-leathal, wax slugs, rubber bullets, bean bags...................................F@$& that, #4 buck!

ColMike 11-08-2014 11:59 PM

Looking good. Nothing like the sound of a pump action in the dark.

GD2A 11-09-2014 12:45 AM

On order with the laser mounted scope rail 100 megaton streamlight combo kit......which goes on after the Super Jack .25 pound trigger and the handguard warmer for those chill Florida nights.

Nice shottie Caleb, wear it with pride.

Got the same exact one recently, a tad over 300.00
7 shot tube? One in the pipe?
Where did you get the saddles?

It holds 7 rounds in the magazine and one in the chamber. The saddles were bought from egay, just search "Velcro Side Saddles" and it should pop up.

How you liking the Velcro saddles? They look like they do the job nicely.
