Nashville says good morning and WELCOME! We are a small group that has been evolving for some years now... I have 5 DW's along with a cast of others... ranging from Bersas and highpoints to semi Custom Sig 1911s But my favorite carry is a Guardian in 9mm. Sits flat and undetectable on my strong side... and it is very accurate.

That said, I've been playing around with building a G19 clone from Grit Grips. Its like putting together a Jig saw puzzle.

After nearly a lifetime of shooting DA/SA pistols, I decided to get a 1911 at a pawn shop just to see what all the fuss was about.

I just so happened to find a DW, I didn't even know Dan Wesson made 1911s, the only thing I knew about them was their switch barrel revolvers.

One trip to the range and I was an instant convert.
