Duracell Alkaline

You won't believe this. I had a set of newer Duracell alkalines that leaked and damaged a set of Peltor 6S electronic hearing protectors. I called their warranty line, they took the info and are sending me 59.99 debit card, no questions asked.

What a surprise these days!

Wow, good on you. Nice muffs. Distributed by 3M? as I recall. Nice to know. I have a set and love them. I do not store them with the batteries as I have lost far too many flash lights due to battery failure.

It sounds as if you Gents would highly recommend the Peltor 6S's ???

Sumbitch.....I was headed to Brownie's class last week and had same batteries all green inside my Peltors too. I'm not even joking this time. I was so pissed I almost tossed 'em, they're all crudded up. You're my guardian angel today...what phone number did ya call?

Shark1007 11-14-2014 05:09 PM

MMJ the number was 800-551-2355

Maybe ought to wait a little, if she has a run on Peltor 6S units, it may seem strange.

I also have the 3M Peltors, they are a little more refined, but only 22NRR but great for outdoors.

I wonder what they would do if a woman called and reported a $250.00 "Rabbit" damaged??
