I think she regrets (primarily) that Donald Trump has been so successful with the MAGA campaign, and her not so much with "Impeach 45." We just have to hope that the GOP holds on to the house, or he definitely will be impeached. Whether or not he's found guilty by the Senate is a different matter, though, as Pres. Clinton found out.
