As it stands right now in the Senate, there are 5 Dems who said they will vote against it and 1 Republican who said he will vote for it. That makes it 51-49 in favor right now, but there are 2 things working against it:
1. There are another 4-5 Dems who are waffling about it. 2. 60 votes are needed to break a filibuster
Even if by some miracle it managed to pass the Senate, it's DOA in the House. There likely wouldn't even be a vote on it.
