Depends on barrel length....Full size...Glock 17, I lean to Federal HST in 147 grain or Winchester Ranger T in 147 grain.
Shorter barrel I would probably go to a 124 grain range, even a +p round.
Trouble is finding them now, they are rare. The hydra shocks mentioned are a good round too, though I think
is correct, the newest HST rounds are considered the upgrade. Both will work if you do your job.
