Hunting rifle refinish
We have a lot of feral hogs on our hunting land. I carry a weapon always. Don't want an encounter of the worse kind with some 220# sow. Unfortunately, I worked 3 days in the rain putting out fertilizer and planting seed. It has wreaked havoc on my rifles finihs and I am taking it to a local shop "Accurate Plating and Weaponry".
The gun is a Dakota Arms in 7-08 Options I am considering: 1. hard chrome plating matte finish 2. black chrome plating matte finish 3. Cerakote I would appreciate your thoughts on this sas I hope to get in the shop ASAP Thanks D
