for the quick trips out and about when I don't want to get dressed for real and want to stay in my gym shorts and such, I throw the Springfield in a Maxpedition "remora" gearslinger.

I've carried a BUG since Vietnam. Then it was a PPK .380 under my fatigue shirt. I have this in my pocket all the time now -
 for a 'grab & go' I'll throw this or a Kahr P9 in something to cover them up. (in addition to my 442)
