In the process of building My AR from the barrel, I won from 's Karma.

It is a 1:9 twist rate looking for the best Bullet it for it.

I have heard many different answers. most say the 55 Gr is the most accurate out of it.

Ok what do you all recommend for it?

That is correct. For that twist, 55gr will be your best bet. You might (most likely not) get away with 62gr but, I doubt it.
