Default Squib Removal Idea

Had a squib in my LCR while shooting with my kids. I have brass bars, but I took to thinking that since I do not carry brass bars around, what common tool or tools could be easily at hand to clear a squib. Here is one idea that worked easily.

I don't shoot Pino Squibs, but a wooden dowel will work too.

Agreed, I have used brass and wood.....I snapped a dowel on this one, which is why I decided to think outside the box. Like..."what if I did't have a dowel or brass rod" type thinking. I also tried a piece of a pine branch as this happened up in SC. Took a knife to it, made it fit, but it was too wet and soft to clear the barrel. I think I'm just gonna keep a brass rod in my bag from now on, but just in case, in a pinch, this vid is an idea that can be used even to "grow a tool" in the field.
