I've been working on a coffin shaped pistol case. Here's the prototype so far.

Of course, the real ones won't be made from plywood. You gonna buy the first one?

			Yep, plywood for the test.

I want to see what all is involved, what order to make the parts, how much work is involved, how things fit, what can I do better, what jigs/fixtures will I have to make, what do I need to adjust or change from my design, how much will I have to charge, etc. It's quite a lot of work. I think this is gonna be a nice piece, I just hope folks like it and want to buy one. I'd love to see em in use.I really enjoyed seeing the photos people posted with their pistols on the little coffin stands.

I placed another photo of the coffin pistol case on my web site.

The exterior is complete. All I have to do is install the interior and the hinge and it will be done. How does it look?

			Hi Dave

Do you have an idea of the size (s)? Might be a nice resting place for one of my Cowboy guns ![]() Allchin (makes c-more custom mounts) has a great saying "SHOOT FAST OR GO HOME"

Well, I thought it was finished. It is now unless I can find some small handles.
