New member in PA

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I've been a Dan Wesson shooter for over 25 years, revolvers only until recently. I have shot DW 1911s, most recently an ECO at a local range and liked its accuracy and feel completely. I have a number of popular and obscure Dan Wesson revolvers in my collection like the obligitory 15-2 357mag up thru a 7414 Supermag, but hadn't had any 1911s until a few weeks ago. I ran across a nice RZ10 Razorback at a local show and knew I had to have it. As luck would have it, the dealer I got it from told me he had some more Dans he's going to sell and I can have first dibs since I told him of my fondness for Dan Wessons. So the next week he brought a beautiful PM7-S .45 along for me to see. Needless to say I added that one to the collection also. I told him I'd really like a Bobtail Commander and he told me he will keep an eye open for one and let me know.

I was referred here by someone on the Dan Wesson Forum where I am also a member. He said this is the place for Dan Wesson 1911 types so I thought I'd come over and have a look. From what I've seen, he was correct. There is a wealth of info here and I look forward to learning as I go along. I will contribute when I can but I'm sure my questions will out number my answers for a while.
