this is getting crazy. A officer in Omaha was killed earlier this week as well on duty. She just got back from maternity leave as well. Really sad story. This world is going to hell!

Yes, we must help LEOs in distress, but just to add I know many more capable civilians with a handgun than vets. Many vets just trust their military training and seldom practice. Military favorite gun is a carbine or rifle, not the handgun. I know a boat load of civilians that are expert marksmen, including truly yours. Just saying...
