But the wording of it is deceptive. "Is tightening gun sales requirements too tough of challenge?" means that they could use the results, which now clearly and unequivocally point to "yes", as proof that because it's such a challenge it's worth " trying or best to change the course of things"... Yeah i see what your saying there. Of they use the results and muster up a few tears they can get some bonus points too
