Reminds me of the triangular bayonets outlawed by the Geneva and Hague accords for exactly that reason, the wound could not be cleanly closed and sutured, leading to lingering suffering and infection before death.

Even more deadly than those evil Black Talon bullets which also took a team of surgeons to fix.
