Yeah, I am not even going to dink with it. It works just fine and for the discount I supposedly got I am ok with it. If it breaks I will go to my LGS and get the $35 version but until then I am good.

I did "demand" my money from the seller for the knock off and see if I get anything from it. Doubt it...

Crap, I'm realizing the one I got years ago is a fake based on your pics and descriptions. Oh well, it's been flawless but hate to see that my money went to some asian counterfeiter of goods.

Without the pics on here I would not have known the difference either, it works great. Just not real. I got money back I didn't think would happen so I will use it until it dies but it looks solid.

Yeah mine has been flawless too, I mean it's a real lo-tech kinda gadget, I just hate the fact I was sold fake. Wish Maglula would sue the crap out of all these aholes selling fakes

I wouldn't worry about the "efficacy" of the product. The greatest point of failure would be the "tang" that pushes down all the rounds in the mag so that you can insert the next round. I think the product will work just fine.

I don't think the issue is the quality of the counterfeit product. I think it's the fact that the product/patent owners aren't getting paid for it.

Butler Creek said this more or less, some company that produces it sells the parts to make/sell cheaper. Same old song and dance with this type of deal
