This is old news. Unless you have your 03 FFL license, you will not be able to buy ammo online and have it shipped to your house direct. After 1/1/18, if you want to buy ammo online, you'll have to have it sent to an 03 FFL, who will undoubtedly charge a service fee to receive it.
