I agree that we need National Reciprocity...just like with our marriage and driver's licenses.
However I am not so sure that would have helped him too much. TSA rules require the pistol to be declared and unloaded. Apparently this pistol was neither. Now I am all in favor of the Flight Deck personnel being able to carry while they chauffeur us about the unfriendly skies. But there again this does not appear to be the case... At least by the linked article..But you never know with the political focus of the press these day....
