That's a damn shame .... Somebody needs to take a flat tip screwdriver to 'his' slide stop !!

2 or 3 shots between the eyes... (while twisting the handle!)

Depending on how deep the scratches it can be cleaned up. The toughest thing will be the gorgeous deep colt pressure bluing. You might contact the Colt custom shop. It would be worth fixing that baby.
