He's one of the guys standing in front of Wallyworld in line waiting for them to open up on Friday morning. Goes in to see how much ammo he can buy so he can resell it for a tidy profit. Sometimes capitalism sucks. Oh, well.

If people are crazy enough to pay high prices, so be it.
All anyone has to do is buy it straight from Wal Mart for themselves. They DO have a 3 box limit.
