Update. Bought some JB Weld Steelstick today. Going to degrease and rough up the cavity on the #8 rotor, apply some steelstick to the bottom, let it set up, then work it with a drill so it throws 5 grains consistently..or 4.9-50 then trickle as needed. I don't own a dremel
 But I do have steel rasp and file drill bits for my Dewalt..just gotta remember not to put it on hammer.......Also bought more insulation..90 today..welcome to spring in the Deep South
