Umm, autos, alcohol and tobacco are already regulated and taxed to death. The tobacco industry was sued and was required to pay reparations several years ago. There are no longer any tobacco ads on TV and no more cigarette machines anywhere.

Never the less, when someone is killed by a drunk driver, do the lawyer's ever go after the alcohol or auto manufacturer's like they do when someone is killed by a gun? That is/was my point.
