Here in Konnectikut, the Hipoint carbine IS an assault gun. Go figure. That said, it was a $249 stamped steel, plastic stocked, plastic trigger FUN PUPPY to shoot. I have it in 9mm. It is reliable, and did I say fun? People give me grief (well the AR and AK purists anyway) over a sub $300 carbine, some even call it a POS.
Welllllll..... if its that bad a gun.... why isn't mine for sale? Or why are there so few being sold on the resale market? Could be the lifetime warranty? Or it could be the poor working family's "volkswagon"version of a Colt M4. In any case... thanks for mentioning it. Its been put aside in the back of the safe for far too long.... I'm going to shoot it next week. Da ![]()
