Great to see you here Franklin! All is well here. I've been studying for my Florida property management license, so i'll be glad when I get this over and done with. I find it a bit hard to have the patience to sit and study, but I have to get it done.

Hope your range has been successful and you are enjoying the experience. I look forward to getting to know more folks here and I appreciate the kind welcome.
