A gun is a tool, no better or no worse than any other tool: an axe, a shovel or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that.

And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be.
In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti.

How does that calender release work? It looks like a lever you push down like a slide release but I always thought revolvers cylender release by pushing forward.

It just replaces the original cylinder release and to PUSH it forward and the cylinder opens....It is designed for faster reloads..It comes in two sizes...I like the shorter one and the longer one extends back near the hammer.

This gun is a true please to shoot during steel challenge but I had to turn down the load to a softer load that will still take down some steel and not beat up my hands so much (one of the problems of getting older)

So folks here goes the range report

50 feet : load: Bullet Berry's 130g with 231 @ 3.5 gr, Federal Primers

slow fire for sighting The 7 shots in the neck area are the last shots rapid fire DA

Target 2 is at the same distance , DA rapid fire 7 shot sequences.

I use a custom holster made for the gun by R-U-READYGEAR.com

at a cost of $70/shipped

And this is how I paint the holes in the target after shooting:

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

This is my report and I am sticking to it

Hi Mike

I am using Clay Dot at 3.9g with a Berry's 130g Plated bullet and because I have re-worked and tuned the internals, I am using ONLY Federal Primers. Trigger pull is 6#'s.
I have changed the grips and now have an Eotech XPS2.0 on top.

For load data on 231 look in the load data section for a full breakdown that I posted after a full chorine test.
