Why I believe ones training should be 3 tiered. 1- Tactics - whatever that may be like armed, unarmed skill set or combination there of, 2 - Strength training, and 3 - Conditioning.

I agree...we see alot of people with Concealed Weapons Licenses who don't invest in any training at all. And some actually walk around with pistols! Truth is, a high percentage of people with CWL's don't carry their firearm much, let alone train. Their strength training is considered 12 ounce curls of beer and Conditioning is something you put in your hair to keep it in place.
