Ya gotta love how the liberal justices attempted to tie this to "religious" persecution, given that most of the countries have Muslim majorities. It has nothing to do with religion. It has to do with safety/security. Sheez! Even one of the most populous Islamic countries there is (Indonesia) isn't on (and never was on) the list, fer Pete's sake!
