Same here. Not as active but I like it here better. Despite’s Pig best effort to kick me out.
I haven’t been to the big forum in years. Don’t miss it at all.

Thank you all for the recommendations. As a big 1911 fan I may go with a full size. Not planning on carrying it. It will be a safe queen. Only come out occasionally.

Yep.... "not planning on carrying it. Wanna Bet? You're going to get that old school feeling, just like Grandpa did the first time the Army strapped one on him (Or an uncle, aunt... any old person will do). Then comes the obligatory IWB AND OWB holster. When we're done with those, you have to get the hand carved grips, otherwise you'll look foolish at the Next BBQ Gun event!

Good luck not needed. Enjoy your first Dan Wesson. Won't be your last.

The 10mm Razorback comes to my mind. The original was built from the input of forum members. Bob Serva the CEO of Dan Wesson and employee P hil were active on the big forum soliciting input and gave us all first dibs on the original limited edition of 150. The Retail price back then was $899. I ordered my son's birth year. Here's a blast from the past and a shot of mine that's not much different than the current one being sold...
