so I have a question for you guys. . .i want a better front sight for my cbob and my NH T-3. both currently have trijicon sights but my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. My question is which do you like better; the XS or the HiVis? realizing they are 2 different types of sights. the trijicon I just can't pick up very well. Also thinking of changing rear sights but not sure which I want. I don't like the Heinie 8's . . .Thanks

If you dont like Heinie Straight-8 sights, you may not like the XS sights. They are a front tritium with white outline dot that sits over a tritium vertical bar in the rear. I would consider them a defense sight, not a target sight. Just depends what you want the gun set up for. I thought these were perfect for my concealed carry build, but wouldnt want them on a target pistol

^small dot compared to large dot^
I do think you would love the XS front sight for it's white outline. It is very visible (even on the small dot set I went with).

My RIA Match has a red fiber-optic front sight with black rear and I love that set up. In daylight conditions, the front sight is very pronounced and easy to use.
