I like the grips
 ....its not often you get to see oak used....and I dont know why; I like oak. BTW, where did you find the brass grip screws? I cant say Ive ever saw a set.

What's a guy to do, no 1911 collection is complete without a compact, and if DW made one i'd have had options, but.......
  A cute little gun like that needs a round bottom.

Yeah, I know the grips are'nt flat bottom for the magwell...but what can I say? They're grippier than the Kimbers were, and I LOVE that old Eagle. Still suck at posting pictures, though
