I'm going to sit out the prognostication on this one, except to say that I believe we will at the very least get the same ban we had last time.
I actually have one of those "Post Ban" black rifles and though it's a bit modified, I can get it back in Post Ban condition. I hope I will be able to keep it, even though it has a pistol grip and an external mag.
