So... we all know that Illinois government is thoroughly and transparently corrupt. No surprise.

These payments (much more than many honest working citizens dream of raising their families on) must be some form of insider consolation prize for the dear leader.

He will probably serve his time not behind bars. He will probably get some great treatment uwhile there.
