I had two Ruger SR1911s one 5" and one Commander. Sold them both today and purchased the Colt with money left over. The Rugers were nice but I really like Colts.

Sweet! While not as spiffy, my 1991 Commander is en route and will hopefully be picking it Monday or Tuesday. Exciting times - Congrats!

The biggest pain in the a** you'll probably ever have to deal with watches you from the mirror every morning.

Good judgment comes from experience, and most of that comes from bad judgment.

Nice! Sorry I ever got rid of my Colt Commander in .38 Super. It was a sweet shooter, but needed the cash to pay bills being a newly wed.

Very, very nice trade......I need to get a Commander. Love a 4.25 inch barrel for clearing leather quickly. Wear it in great health!
