my Dad would read me the "me and Joe" and Dobe Grant stories when I was a kid and that's what got me hooked on his writing, then when I got older I started reading stories by Finn Aagaard, Jeff Cooper, Charles Askins, Elmer Keith, jack O'Connor and Massad Ayoob. I like some of the Guys that write for Rifle and Handloader Magazine like John Barsness and Brian pearce but they sure don't make them like they used to.

Aaron, I have an Autographed copy of 'No Second-Place Winner'. Mr. Jordan signed it for me at a shotshow several years before he passed. What I remember most was shaking his hand when I met him. He had huge Hands!
