I hate to have firearms outside the house, but I could tear the roof off the exterior utility room, pour the walls solid and air condition the room. It's probably only 6x8. Steel door and bars on window and I guess that would work.
How about those Fujitsu type a.c. units, do they leave a big hole where they could be pushed in? The split units are the ones I envision.
