My answer .... Divert the BILLIONS of American Tax Payer dollars of FOREIGN AID to the security of those American Tax Payers.

Fences are a deterrent, but you know they will build tunnels. Takes live manpower coupled with deterrents.
We do waste too much $$$$$ on foreign soil. And shrimp on treadmills.

How do you pay for it? How can we afford not to pay for it? Spend the money we spend on social welfare for the ILLEGAL ALIENS.

There is an easier solution. Allow any one in with provisos:

1) They pay $27,000 inflation adjusted for entry. Entry fee applies to an individual up to a core family (father, mother and children: proof to be required).

2) Required to file fingerprints and DNA sample.

3) Requires anklet monitoring for 1 year from entry. Any illegal activity is cause for immediate expulsion, with no right to reentry.

The entry fee is commensurate with coyote fees and would stand to offset costs and unreported taxes.

The left is all in a tizzy about the fact that the Posse Comitatus Act does not apply to National Guard that are mobilized by the State. They HAVE authority to arrest illegals. If Obama had mobilized them, they would not.
